Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. From the beginning, service and exceptional results have been the keys to Ryane’s success. At age 18, fresh out of Culinary school Ryane was recruited by Marriott International and quickly rose to the rank of Executive Chef planning and executing events for brides-to-be or corporate events for 8,000+ attendees.
Each and every one demanded Ryane’s focus and attention to detail. But there was something missing. After 12 years of culinary, Ryane chose to pursue a career in Real Estate to make his own mark in life.
One that would be more focused on the customer and more potential to give his family everything and more. In 2010 Ryane took that lead and never looked back! Today you can find Ryane with his wife and 3 sons who keep him on his toes. Ryane also likes just about any outdoor activity, sporting events, and being around all types of people.
With over 15 years of experience in real estate, Phillip Simon has built a reputation for excellence in buying, selling, investing, and managing millions in real estate assets. As the founder of Property Management Pros, his third venture in the real estate space, Phillip continues to redefine property management with a results-driven approach, market expertise, and a commitment to maximizing returns for property owners.
